Probably the dumbest thing I saw all day. With four people -two short and two tall, with about a 12" difference between the pairs- carrying the chair up the hill, they arranged themselves so the customer was at some ridiculous angle. seriously? It didn't occur to them to go two short up front and two tall in the back to keep it nice and level.
